The Answer

The correct answer is: 52.

Here is why

  1. Bottom row: 4 + 6 = 10, 6 + 9 = 15, and 9 + 3 = 12.
  2. Next row: 10 + 15 = 25 and 15 + 12 = 27.
  3. Top row: 25 + 27 = 52.
