In many cities and towns, the car is king, and you need to use it to do anything. That’s why parking spaces can be so valuable that people might rent or buy a property they don’t love because of the parking space that goes with it. Being such an important space, it makes sense that they can be a big part of some disagreements and confrontations between people who want to use said parking spots. After that controversial moment, and when cooler heads have prevailed, one of those involved starts to wonder if they were in the right or if they acted wrongly. That’s why they post their story on the AmItheA**hole subreddit page, asking for a second opinion.
From having disagreements with someone who is physically in a parking space saving it for a family member with a car, to getting mad with neighbors because they’re in your assigned spot, or towing a car because it’s in your parking space, there are many stories where the disagreement is all about a parking space. Did the OPs do the right thing?
