What Your Blood Type Says About You

What is your blood type? Not everyone can answer that question, but it’s important to know. That’s because there’s actually a real connection between your health and your blood type. Of course, your blood type doesn’t determine everything. Your health is the result of a variety of factors, including genetics, diet, exercise, environment, and more.
